Synamedia Unveils New Media Edge Gateway & Solutions for Cable Operators to Deploy ATSC 3.0

Synamedia on Thursday announced a new media edge gateway and multiple solutions to support ATSC 3.0, the next-gen, IP-based broadcast signaling standard that will support 4K video encoding.

These include Synamedia’s Media Edge Gateway, ATSC 3.0 receiver and Channel in the Cloud Solution.
